Iggy Seamus is an Argonian pirate who serves on The Sea Queen, a pirate ship currently moored in Anvil Bay.
Iggy spends most of his time going about his duties. Every night around 7pm, though, he'll go to the Black Flag Tavern, where he downs a few pints with his shipmates and fellow pirates until dawn (6am). During the Rangers Guild quest A Growing Guild Expands, he'll be waiting on board the ship all day.
He wears a pair of laced leather pants and and is armed with a steel cutlass; he carries some gold and rabbit meat.
Iggy is not very friendly; if you talk to him, he'll say, "You don't belong here land child! Get going before you get yourself hurt." If you ask for a parley with Captain Hawkins during A Growing Guild Expands, he'll guffaw and say, "So you demand the right for Parley? Are you a pirate?" Claiming to be a pirate will garner a disgusted look: "You will speak to Captain Hawkins alright! But you do not speak like a pirate so you'd better stop your nonsense about parley, savvy?" He will, however, direct you to Captain Hawkins: "Go to the Black Flag Tavern, he's having a drink and getting friendly with the barmaid."
