The Gold Horse Courier Office is located along the main street in Cheydinhal, just west of the Cheydinhal Bridge Inn.

It is a two-story building; the lower floor is dedicated to the office itself, while the upper is living quarters for its managers. The entryway has a job board, and the main room holds the business counter; packages are placed off to one side for processing or delivery.
