The Den of Iniquity is a skooma den in the Waterfront Tunnel of the Imperial City It is accessible only through a disused storeroom just down the hall from the Market District entrance.
The storeroom itself has various crates and barrels stacked along the walls, and beer bottles litter the floor. A door in the far wall leads to a small cave with three pallets on the floor. Silute stands ready to service anyone who stumbles in here. Three tables with alchemical apparatus, moon sugar, bottles of skooma, and a money box sit along the back wall.
