Buij

Buij is a Dark Elf agent who lives in the Diplomatic District of the Imperial City. He shares a house with Vilyelos Varoyon.

He wears a black tunic, scarlet trousers, and quilted shoes, and carries a copy of Smuggler's Island and a house key.

Buij rises at 6am every day, eats breakfast with his housemate, then spends the morning engages in various tasks around the house. At noon, he goes to the library to spend the afternoon reading, then heads over to The Hunter's Feast for a two-hour dinner. After dinner, he returns home ands spends some time chatting with Vilyelos before going to bed at 10pm.

The house he shares with Vilyelos is spacious. The ground floor is one large room; a dining table and four chairs takes up space in the middle, and a sideboard and bookcase with dishes sit against the walls nearby. Two cupboards of clutter sit by the stairs. The bookcase also holds several books and a scroll of Minor Heal Other. A desk in the corner has a personal journal (no contents) and a bottle of ink (acts as a poison). A side door leads out to a bare side yard with a table and chair near a brazier. A set of stairs leads up the upper floor, and a door beneath goes to the basement, which is used for storage - it has a few barrels for food, a set of shelves holding spare dishware, and a cupboard with miscellaneous items. The upper floor is also one large room, the bedroom. A low table surrounded by chairs sits in the middle of the room, and another smaller table and chair sit in an alcove at the far end. Vilyelos' bed is tucked into another corner, while Buij's bed sits against the wall opposite. A pair of armoires round out the furnishings.

Buij is quite the bibliophile; if run into him, he'll cheerfully greet you: Hello! I love libraries, don't you?. If you ask about libraries, he'll tell you: Yes! This library was built by the Empire for its citizens.
