The Bakers' Quarters is a living area in the Imperial City Waterfront Tunnel. It is located on the east side upper level, just north of the Public Bathing House.
It consists of three rooms - a common area and two private rooms. The common area has cupboards and barrels along the walls that store clutter and food; a table and bench that seats three sits along the east wall. Windel's quarters are located across from the entrance; he has more cupboards (for clothes) and barrels (for clutter), along with a chest for his valuables and a single bed and a table and stool. Hilary and Rosemary's room is to the left of the entrance. A table with two jewelry boxes and a chest beneath it sits near the door, and four clothes cupboards line the walls. Their bed sits at the rear of the room.
