Bail is a Khajiit thief who lives in Leyawiin with his mate Indira and children Jubal and Caoimhe.
Bail gets up at 6am every morning and eats breakfast, then spends his day prowling around the harbor looking for easy marks. He goes to Hjalmar's Beer House at 5pm to have a few beers; he returns home at midnight and goes to bed.
Bail wears a huntsman vest, huntsman leather pants, and huntsman moccasins, and is armed with a Dagger of Weakness; he carries some random food and drink, a moderate amount of gold, three bottles of Nibenay Beer, and a house key.
Bail's house is located south of the city. The entry alcove is used for storage - it has several barrels and shelves holding foodstuffs. The main room is divided into several smaller spaces by cloth screens: the one to the farthest right is Caoimhe and Jubal's sleeping area (each has a bed and chest of drawers, and they share a small table and pair of stools); a dining table with two chairs sits in the opposite corner, and Bail and Indira's space is next to that. The couple has a bed, cupboards and a chest, and a table for writing or painting.
