The Apiary is a building located just southeast of Chorrol, near Weynon Priory. It is run by a Stephanus, a monk.
The apiary houses bees, which are harvested for their wax and honey. Over a dozen hives are placed outside, and the yard is fenced off to keep curious wildlife from intruding.
The interior is one large room, though it is divided into smaller work areas. The entryway has several crates and barrels stacked up. The right side of the room is given over to wax rendering; two large cauldrons sit in the back, and the front has a pair of tables where the candles are made. The middle part has a fireplace and chair where Stephanus sits; it also holds barrels of honey. The left end has tables where the honey is purified, as well as Stephanus' living quarters - a small room with a table for meals and a bed and chest.
