Absalom is an Imperial farmer who lives in Cheydinhal with his brother Archie and sister-in-law Roisin.
Absalom gets up at 6am every morning and spends a couple hours working around the house. At 8am, he goes outside to work in the garden for the morning, hoeing weeds (on Tirdas and Turdas, he hauls wood instead). At noon, he takes a break to walk around the poor quarter and chat with the neighbors for a couple hours, then he returns home to eat lunch. After lunch, at 4pm, he goes for a walk around the east gate, returning home at 8pm to eat dinner, then he goes to bed at 10pm.
He wears an iron helmet, burlap vest, jail pants, and oiled linen shoes. He carries three bottles of ale, some dried fish, a hoe, a broom, and 10 gold.
The house is located in the eastern end of the poor quarter of Cheydinhal. It is small, consisting of a single large room; the bed Archie and Roisin share sits in the corner, across from a fireplace. A dining table sits at the other end of the room, along with a set of shelves for dishes. Absalom's bed is located in an alcove behind a cloth screen; he has a chest and low dresser for his things.
