The Abandoned House is a boarded-up house located at the lower end of the Waterfront Tunnel, near the gate to the Waterfront District. It is occupied by the Rhincodon Gang, along with assorted beggars.
The house has a basement and two floors. The main door is boarded up; the only access is through a grate in the tunnel, which leads to the basement.
The basement is home to an assortment of beggars the gang let live there; it also has a grate leading down to a cave system under the tunnel. The door up to the ground floor is locked - only gang members have the key, though the lock is simple enough that most people could pick it.
The ground floor is where the gang members live and work; it has several beds, benches, containers, and a desk. A set of stairs leads up to the upper floor, which is also locked (this one requires a key, which no one currently has). The upper floor is one large room, which belongs to a mage. Various crates, barrels, and bookcases sit against the walls; the center of the room is taken up by a thaumaturgic circle.
