Zenaida Nacarra is a Daedra encountered in Level 2a at Point H. Depending on your conversation choices, she may turn hostile and summon Vermai to attack you before teleporting away, or offer up some interesting information. If you play your cards right, she will even agree to become your ally and give you a Roht Sigil of Entry as a parting gift.

Well you tell Wonshala we had nothing to do with the voidguide. It was Rishaal and her little Scamps, of course, stealing everything but bedrock, while my Vermai follow orders faithfully.

I think Gatanas has it, and plans to blame it on my Vermai. You'll need a Meht amulet, though, to pass a Meht sigil. Vorn might have it, but getting it out of him won't be easy.
