Yes, but Divayth didn't create Chimer-4, Yagrum Bagarn did. Divayth only assisted with resources and some of the magical components, though I really don't know how to add that detail without seeming irrelevant. Co-incidentally, you bring up a point that's only briefly mentioned on the character's description; Yagrum had attempted to create 3 other semi-organic constructs, Chimer-4 is the fourth, and first successful.
