Arch-Mage's QuartersEdit

The Arch-Mage's Quarters was recently removed from the list of guaranteed sample locations because it only has one sample. However, most of the ingredients in the Arch-Mage's Quarters respawn. If the vampire dust sample is one of those ingredients that eventually reappears here, I think it could still qualify as place to find multiple samples of the dust.
