Skyrim talk:Fort Hraggstad

Inhabitants after clearingEdit

The quest Joining the Legion suggests that this fort is supposed to be run by the Imperials after you clear it. This did not occur on my game. Is this supposed to happen? Is there a console command fix? --Droviin 22:32, 13 August 2012 (UTC)

Did you kill all the bandits in the fort? I think it will repopulate with bandits if any are left alive. Remember to check the prison as well as the main building. 174.6.51.17 04:49, 1 March 2013 (GMT)
I swept the area with a detect life spell after I cleared it. No new people were found in any location. Droviin (talk) 06:59, 20 April 2013 (GMT)
I've done an extensive amount of testing and have figured out why this fort will sometimes not be occupied by Imperial soldiers after completing "Joining the Legion". Prior to starting the Civil War questline, you can only clear one of the nine military forts and have soldiers garrison that fort. The game programming seems to intend for this "one" fort to be Fort Hraggstad (in the case you are joining the Legion). If you have cleared Fort Greymoor (the military fort in Whiterun hold), for example, prior to completing "Joining the Legion", then Fort Greymoor will be garrisoned with troops instead of Fort Hraggstad. The same would be true if you first clear out Fort Amol (in Eastmarch) and so on. --Blackpete (talk) 05:31, 25 April 2013 (GMT)
PC users: This is fixed by the USKP v. 1.2.7. --Blackpete (talk) 00:07, 26 October 2013 (GMT)

Cleared Fort Hraggstad of BanditsEdit

Now it's repopulated by Imperials, and i haven't even started Civil War quest. Is this intentional? — Unsigned comment by 85.138.33.37 (talk) at 03:01 on 13 December 2014

Yes I believe it is, the game garrisons troops here as soon as you clear it out. As the previous entry on this talk page alluded to, at one point it did this t the first of the forts you cleared, now it's supposed to be corrected so that it only does it here. Although I personally haven't tested this. Biffa (talk) 03:31, 13 December 2014 (GMT)

Missed minor lootEdit

In the Prison area, there's a slightly hidden satchel in one of the cells - the last on the west wall I think. It's between left side wooden 'support' and the wall, down by the floor. Had a minor potion and some coins for me, didn't note down what more than that. -Riibu — Unsigned comment by 87.100.226.170 (talk) at 14:31 on 17 December 2014
