Is Greenmote Completely Quest Dependent?Edit

Based upon the article, the Greenmote Silo only becomes accessible once starting the Ritual of Mania questline. Is it possible for a player to acquire this ingredient (without console use) in any way if choosing the Ritual of Dementia? No other sources are listed on this page. If the Greenmote pile is the sole source, it would be advisable to have it clearly stated in the article. 64.231.249.140 04:54, 12 May 2011 (UTC)

It is clearly stated on this article:
"It only becomes available once you have started the quest Ritual of Mania, at which point you gain access to Greenmote Silo."
and also on at Shivering:Greenmote Silo:
"If you chose to kill Syl, you will never be able to enter the silo, as a guard will always be standing at the entrance telling you that the area is off limits. Even if you were to sneak past her, you still can't open the door to the chamber because of a bust of Sheogorath that covers the entrance."
If you choose the path of Dementia you will never start the Mania path, therefore you will never gain access to it without modding or using the console. How much more specific do you wish us to be? --AKB Talk Cont Mail 05:15, 12 May 2011 (UTC)
Because this question even came up, I'll add an extra image to the article showing the pile, and explain it quite clearly. Another editor might also think of changing "Related Quests" to "Required Quest", but I'm fine with it as it is. - Neural Tempest 05:33, 12 May 2011 (UTC)
This is a tricky one, but "quest-related" is still correct. We use "quest-specific" for places that can only be accessed during the related quest - like Paradise, for instance, or the Dreamworld. You can access this one at any time after the quest, so it's not really specific. rpeh •TCE 06:32, 12 May 2011 (UTC)
