Yansirramus is a Daedric ruin located west of the Tel Aruhn on Vvardenfell. It is dedicated to Molag Bal. It is not marked on the map, but is one of the locations you need to visit for the Daedric Explorer achievement. Fiendroths scuttle across the ground here.
If you approach Yansirramus from the eastern shore, you'll find the ruin's sealed entrance at the top of the hill. Dremora guard the perimeter. A set of stairs just west of the entrance leads you up to a platform where an ogrim named Brakuum dwells. A staircase behind him leads up to yet another platform, from where you can access three structures. A chest can spawn beside the stairs leading up to the southern structure, where you'll find the Stone of Yansirramus. There is also a structure to the west. Three Dremora are performing a ritual here, and you can find a heavy sack beside the pillar to the right of the stairs.
