Y'ffre's Will Style is a crafting motif. Armor sets that bear this style can be found in Earthen Root Enclave group dungeon, which is part of the Lost Depths DLC. The associated style material will be Engraved Leaves.
It is available as dropped set pieces from the dungeon. Style pages are intended to drop from Archdruid Devyric after Update 36. The entire style is also be available for purchase from the Crown Store for 5,000 
starting that day. It was discounted to 4,500 for ESO Plus members from November 27 to December 4, 2023 and then removed from the Crown Store.
