Sapiarch Vrithilin is a High Elf and the Sapiarch of Current Chronologies. He is first found as part of Sapiarch Larnatille's group barricated inside the College of Sapiarchs.
You can find him later on the upper balcony nursing his wounds after surviving the attack on the college. He is the author of The Psijic Order. He cannot be interacted with and has no unique dialogue.
