To obtain this achievement, you will have to complete the following two quests as part of the Markarth prologue:
- The Ravenwatch Inquiry: Investigate the defeat of the Gray Host at Bangkorai Pass.
- The Gray Council: Explore the secrets of Grayhome.
Although the achievement indicates that it awards the Reliquary of Dark Designs memento, this is in fact awarded by handing in The Gray Council to Gwendis.
