The Pariah's Hand are a group of Khajiiti revelers attending the party dedicated to Baan Dar in the Ayleid ruins of Thormar. They have a rivalry going with the similar Bosmer group known as the Subtle Knife which also participates in the events.
After helping Aniel prepare the celebrations in The Five Finger Dance, the Khajiit revelers move in in large numbers to keep the party going there.
