Mercenary Bunkhouse is a two-story Altmer style building located north of the town square in Phaer. The door is unlocked, and all the containers within are owned. A thieves trove can spawn on the mantle above the fireplace on the ground floor. You must retrieve a Mercenary Uniform from the bunkhouse to disguise yourself during the related quest.
