Justiciar Avanaire is a Divine Prosecution justiciar holed up inside Tor-Hame-Khard who has stolen an artifact bound for the College of Sapiarchs.
Captain Telomure asks you to eliminate her and destroy the artifact, an abyssal pearl, before the yaghra spawning from it start causing significant damage to Summerset. The artifact's buyers, rogue scholars known as the Sagacians, wiped out the pursuing soldiers and sought to potentially transport the pearl away from Summerset—using Avanire's Divine Prosecution status as safe passage.
Her journal reveals the reason she betrayed her squad was to help her skooma-addicted sister, Sarocil; although logs suggests the Sagacians paid Sarocil to "put on an act", who knew full well that she was betraying her sister.

When heading towards the chamber, she will yell:

When you get to the door:
- Justiciar Avanaire: "I'll wipe these ruins clean of this Sagacian filth! My name shall be honored! Revered!"
When she dies she'll cry out:
- Justiciar Avanaire: "I failed you … little sister."
Skills and AbilitiesEdit
She uses a mix of sea mage and storm mage class abilities, as well as two additional unique abilities:
- Shock Burst
- Avanaire channels a spell with her staff, then raises her staff upwards, releasing a powerful burst of electricity around her, indicated by a quickly growing large circular AoE, dealing moderate shock damage and knocking you away.
- Absorb Essence
- Avanaire lifts one of the corpses in the room up in the air with her staff, regaining about 20% of her health back as well as a sizeable damage shield. This ability cannot be interrupted.
