Hef is a Nord commoner who can be found in Grookhogru's House in Gonfalon Bay.
She is a maid currently cleaning the second floor landing, which is a small library. Hef's cleaning path will take her to both staircases, facing towards people coming up or down to the second floor. The best time to come up without being seen would be when she is facing towards the staircase towards the upper floor, and the most opportune time to leave would be when she's at the mouth to the downstairs staircase. A hiding spot between the bookshelves facilitates avoiding Hef's sight. The only thing to be pilfered here is a lone backpack.
