Governor's Mansion is a three-story home located on the north side of Gideon. Keshu the Black Fin lives here. Udeel and Marnis are conversing out front. Sun-Blessed Goods is located across the street and a short ways south of the mansion. During A Mysterious Event, you'll receive a letter from Courier Leona inside the mansion.
