You will see her sitting under a tree with bottles of mead south of Cragswallow. When you approach her:
- "Hail! You're just in time."
She will invite you to a celebration in Cragswallow hosted by the royal road workers. She asks you double check with her overseer, Berj:
- "Hail and well met."
- What are you doing out here?
- "Taking a break, waiting for some friends. I'm a royal road worker. Do you appreciate the flat, even roads throughout Eastmarch? You can thank us for those.
We've earned a little relaxation. We're throwing a celebration in Cragwallow." - A celebration? That sounds like fun.
- "You should join us! It'll be a night to remember. We even have a bard! He was passing by and agreed to perform at the party.
Go talk to Berj Stoneheart, right up the road. He's our overseer. I'm sure he'll let you crash the party." - I'll speak to Berj about attending the party.
After you pick up the mead, you can find her inside of the Mead Hall:
- "This Voljar mead tastes so good! I can't feel my nose!"
After the rieklings attack the partygoers, she will not survive.
