Atli Ice-Heart is a Nord who can be found in her family home in Cyrodiil, east of Fort Warden, along with her husband Oljorn.

She tells you about Oljorn.
- "Oljorn is crazy, but it's all I have for entertainment out here."
- What is he doing?
- "Trying to live forever. Someone told him ice baths are the key. Ever since, he's been trying to get up the courage to jump in. He works up a sweat and runs out there but never goes in. Someday, he'll slip and fall into the lake by accident."
- Does it help?
- "It helps me. Keeps him busy so I can read in peace. Makes it all worthwhile."
Before Oljorn makes each new attempt to jump in the lake, he tells her that this time, he'll actually do it:
- Oljorn Ice-Heart: "I'm doing it this time, Atli. I'm going into that lake."
- Atli Ice-Heart: "That's nice, dear."
And upon returning, he admits to her that he didn't do it after all:
- Oljorn Ice-Heart: "I'm back. I didn't jump in. It was too windy."
- Atli Ice-Heart: "I know, dear."
