Missing pieces?Edit

So, I installed this add-on recently and can see the door, but no tower. I can go in, enter it, go from room to room with the buttons, but the bedroom door deposits me outside the main door and I see no way to get to the mage guild teleports. I've bought every piece, and I can look up from the ground and just see the teleporters floating way above me with no visible way to get to them. Am I doing something wrong or is there a major glitch? Nikomis 13:15, 16 May 2011 (UTC)

Question: What console are you on? Always a good bit of information. It sounds to me that some of the objects are not loading properly. Namely the tower itself. It sounds more like a problem in the game files rather than the textures or meshes, as these missing would cause the large exclamation Missing Mesh bubbles, but I am not entirely sure. --DKong27 Talk Cont 15:08, 16 May 2011 (UTC)
Uninstall and reinstall is probably the best solution. rpeh •TCE 15:19, 16 May 2011 (UTC)
Ah, yeah, sorry. I'm on PC. I can try uninstall/reinstall I suppose. I do recall having a lot of trouble getting all of the unofficial patch stuff placed into my folders so it's possible that I botched something with that. Nikomis 15:27, 16 May 2011 (UTC)

Multiple GamertagsEdit

I downloaded this DLC for the Xbox 360 and it works great for my gamertag but not for other users of the same Xbox. Other DLCs seem to be easily available for both users. I have the latest updates for both the game and the Xbox.

Thoughts? -- Dmkerr 23:25, 10 September 2011 (UTC)

My guess would be that you downloaded this one on a older xbox or hard drive and when you switched it only works when your signed in (its to stop pepole form giving away the stuff for free)

Yeah, that is exactly what happened. Is there any way to convince the developer/Microsoft that the other drive was formatted and that this is the only copy? -- Dmkerr
There's a page somewhere on xbox.com specifically for transferring your download licenses from console to console. I had to use it once...a year or moreago, can't really remember. Try looking for that. I suggest Googling how to transfer DLC licenses 360 or something similar. --DKong27 Tk Ctr Em 01:21, 14 September 2011 (UTC)
Thanks DKong27, That was the solution. I was able to transfer a bunch of other license data at the same time. Thought it would be useful to come back here and record the success. Dmkerr 01:32, 15 November 2011 (UTC)
Always good to know when I'm right. :D I had to transfer licenses to, and it took me a while to figure it out. Good that it worked! --DKong27 Tk Ctr Em 04:57, 15 November 2011 (UTC)
