Milie Hastien

Milie Hastien is a Breton clothier who has a shop in Balmora, where she has a large stock of fine clothing for sale.

Milie is unique for being the only merchant who restocks some extravagant clothing items. She is also one of only two merchants who restock expensive clothing, the other being Falanaamo.

There are two small chests by the counter in her store, one behind her and one on the counter. Both are guarded by level 50 locks. The small chest behind her is sitting on top of a worn chest, which is protected by a level 45 lock.

The three Bolts of Cloth on the counter in front of her are not owned, allowing a starting player to make an easy 150 gold if sold to Creeper or an advanced player a non-criminal method for obtaining the bolt of Imperial Rat Hair Fabric needed to complete the The Champion of Clutter quest.

DialogueEdit

  • clothes: "In Morrowind we speak of four different levels of clothing quality: common, expensive, extravagant, and exquisite. Common clothes are cheap and serviceable. Merchants and lesser nobility wear expensive clothes. Extravagant clothes are worn by wealthy merchants and nobles of upper rank. Only the most wealthy can afford exquisite clothes. Persons of exalted rank may not even speak to you if you are unsuitably dressed, so if you plan to deal with the upper classes, make sure you are well-dressed."
