Hlervi Ancestral Tomb is an island tomb north of Sadrith Mora in the Azura's Coast region.
To find it, head to the northeast side of Sadrith Mora's island. When you find the Strange Shipwreck, head north and slightly east; the entrance to Hlervi Ancestral Tomb will be on the northern side of an island. There are three leveled undead inside. The loot consists of a few potions, ingredients, and a Nordic Trollbone Cuirass (on a ledge near the ceiling, just above the skeletal corpse in the main room).
There are no known members of the Hlervi family.
