Princess Elysana is a Breton noble and a Princess of the Kingdom of Wayrest. She is the daughter of King Eadwyre, stepdaughter of Queen Barenziah, and stepsister to Princess Morgiah and Prince Helseth. You can find her in Castle Wayrest.

Elysana and her stepbrother are currently in a struggle to become the rightful heir to the throne of Wayrest, and she is no less devious and amoral than Helseth when it comes to achieving this goal. She is supported in this endeavor by Lord Woodborne, to whom she is betrothed.
