Rignar, steward of Bruma
A steward is responsible for the day-to-day running of a county of Cyrodiil, taking the burden of "small matters" off their counts. In court politics, stewards are second only to the count due to their supposed political knowledge. As part of their job, they will give out bounties for their county (in addition to innkeepers) as well as handing out the rewards for them. Though the count is responsible for deciding if someone is allowed to buy a house in their city, it is left to the steward to sell it.
