The Squatter's Building is an abandoned building located along the north wall of Bravil, next to the Bravil Butcher. It is occupied by a number of vagrants.
The building is run-down, even by Bravil standards, and should reasonably be considered condemned. The ground floor has one large room that the occupants use as a kitchen/dining room; their resident cook, an Argonian named Cook, prepares meals and beds down here. A set of stairs leads to the second floor, where the junk has been cleared away just enough to provide space to move around. Three more squatters (Brawler, Penn, and Yuri the Afflicted) live here. All the squatters avoid the third floor, with good reason: it's the domain of a vampire named Sinead. She has an understanding with the others - they don't bother her, and she leaves them alone. She has a room at the rear of the building that's thoroughly blocked off to prevent sunlight from getting inside, and to prevent her from being disturbed during the day. The front room on that floor is empty, except for the ever-present garbage and a ladder leading up to the attic. This space is likewise unoccupied (no one wishes to bed down anywhere near Sinead), but it has a bedroll and chest that you can use if you're hard up for a place to stay.
