Lurco Dibbler

Lurco Dibbler is an Imperial publican who lives in the Converted Checkpoint Apartments. He's a food merchant who wanders the streets of the Imperial City selling his homemade delicacies: rat on a stick and sausage on a stick.

Lurco gets up at 4am every morning and eats breakfast for two hours before he goes to work. On Morndas, Middas, and Fredas, he goes to the Talos Plaza District; on Tirdas and Turdas, he wanders the Waterfront; and on Loredas and Sundas, he heads to the Arboretum. Regardless of his location, he wanders the area, hawking his wares to fellow citizens and visitors, until 8pm.

He wears a collared shirt, black wide pants, and thick cowhide shoes, and carries a small amount of gold.

He lives in the communal area of the apartments; he has nothing more than a bed and a chest for his belongings.

Lurco speaks broken Cyrodiilic, but is always happy to serve customers. If you talk to him while he's selling his wares, he greets you with: "Hello customer! I have today a special treat, just for you! Is Rat On Stick! Is good, you like!" Otherwise, he'll tell you: You come for Rat On Stick? You come back later! Now is time for rest! I will sell Rat On Stick later, if you want it then, then come for it." If you express disgust about rat on a stick, he tries to convince you: "Is good for you! Very tasty! Put hair on chest! Rat meat good, not bad! No disease, clean rats, clean meat! No? Then try Sausage On Stick! Twice as tasty as Rat On Stick, but with less hair! You buy, you eat, you love!" If you ask what's in the sausage, he says: "Is surprise! That is half the fun!"
